Click ‘Instill’ to apply the effect.
The Waystone or Amulet will now have the chosen effect.

Identify the Distilled Emotions Required:
Before you start arranging the emotions, hover over the effect you want (whether it's for an amulet or Waystone) and press ALT.
This will show the exact names and order of the Distilled Emotions needed.
Open the Instilling Interface:
Right-click any Distilled Emotion in your inventory to open the Instilling window.
In the interface, you will see three empty slots for cheap POE 2 Currency arranging the Distilled Emotions.
